About Rosehill Early Learning

Our Service

Heartfelt Care & Quality Learning

At Rosehill we work to create a calm and warm environment that feels like a home away from home for the children – a place where they can feel safe, cared about, and like they belong. Our educators put in the heart to learn and encourage each child and their interests. Through simple routines, deep play, and strong relationships, children are supported to learn at their own pace. We work closely with families to help support each child’s journey and strive to create a connected community.

The Owner

Experienced Leadership

Rosehill’s owner Nicola Todd has been an Approved Provider since 2019.

Rosehill and her OSHC centres were born out of frustration from witnessing a consistent trend of substandard services while working within the childcare industry for over 15 years.

A local resident of Cockburn and mum to her own 3 children, Nicola understands the needs of parents and children and takes a hands on approach to running the centre.

Senior Manager

Passionate Leadership

With 14 years of experience in the childcare industry, Nancy brings both professional expertise and genuine heart to her role. As a mum of two, she understands what families are looking for in nurturing and trustworthy environment. She is passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Her commitment to a warm, homely approach guides her leadership and helps shape the supportive, family-centred culture we’re proud to offer.

Our Philosophy

Vision and Values

Rosehill is committed to play, learning, and leisure for all children within our care. Creativity, nature-play, and individual choice is at the heart of our days. We believe in a holistic education which nurtures children in body, mind, and spirit.
Our program and space foregrounds diverse cultural knowledge, with particular focus on the backgrounds within our community and on the history and culture of the Indigenous people of the land.
We ensure all children feel that they belong through building positive, respectful, and nurturing relationships.
